沒想過會有掉頭髮掉到恐慌的一天😂
每天洗頭的時候排水孔就一堆頭髮，以為洗頭掉完就結束了嗎？No~No~No~
吹頭髮的時候再掉第二 part，吹完頭髮全身也都是頭髮。
不管是工作壓力掉髮、產後落髮，除了平時要慎選洗髮精、頭皮水⋯當然也可以搭配按摩梳按摩頭皮～飲食跟心情多少也會影響毛囊生長喔～
