晚安!大家安全返鄉了嗎終於開始連假啦(鞭炮)
雖然開始放假，我部落格還是要準備文章來陪伴大家
這禮拜是瘋狂上文週，我已經連續五天有新文章了
決定湊齊七天一天一篇文章哈哈哈
這篇來分享我年前做了什麼進廠保養
沒錯，終於跑去做了音波拉提了
之前聽朋友講說打音波被打到神經臉麻掉
就讓我心裡有陰影，還好幫我打的醫師技術超好!
我幾乎完全沒有修護期，也沒想像中的恐怖喔~
這天我直接打800條 打好打滿
這樣才能讓效果維持久一點咩!!!
